TIGHT SEALING AND FAST OPERATING SPEEDS
The Speed-Commander™ 1400 SEL Clean-Master 20 Pa tightly seals door openings in clean room applications to prevent air movement, and the fast opening speed of up to 80″ per second greatly increases protection from contamination between two areas. Low-profile steel guide tracks are free of moving parts, promoting a pure environment. Stainless steel guide tracks are available for customers that demand the ultimate in clean.
BUILT-IN LIGHT GRID FOR PROTECTION
Standard on the Clean-Master 20 Pa is a light grid built into the guide tracks up to 8’0″ high. Completely free of coil cords, the light grid provides a thorough wall of protection for personnel and equipment in the doorway, as compared to other doors that use only photocells. The light grid also eliminates the need for a panel reversing edge, which is typically vulnerable to damage, resulting in a reduction in maintenance and downtime. The absence of a coil cord eliminates a possible source of contaminants.
OPTIONAL UPS EMERGENCY BATTERY PACK
A special UPS emergency battery pack is an option that provides peace-of-mind in case of a power failure. If power is lost to the door, the UPS emergency battery pack automatically opens the door once to allow personnel to quickly exit the area. This low maintenance design is free of springs, counterbalance systems and other high maintenance parts that are typically required for emergency opening. When the battery is low, an alarm sounds to signal time for a replacement. Replacing the battery is a simple process that takes just a few minutes. This option is only available with doors equipped with our 230 v / 1-phase HFCB control box.

STAINLESS OPTIONS MEET ALL REQUIREMENTS
The Food-Master design allows you to select only the stainless steel options your application requires. Able to conform with all industry requirements, the following components are available in stainless steel, making it possible to conveniently build a Food-Master door without paying for unnecessary stainless options: Roll tube / shaft, door / motor cover, guide tracks and all hardware.
CHOICE OF TWO FOOD-GRADE PANEL MATERIALS
Two effective panel materials are available on the Food-Master. The standard is a 40 oz. / sq. yard white nylon-reinforced, puncture resistant PVC, perfect for basic applications. An optional 90 oz. / sq. yard 100 percent FDA approved white polyurethane panel material is available when optimum compliance is needed. A vision area is unavailable with the 90 oz. material to maintain FDA acceptance. With either material, the panel maintains stability via spring steel stiffeners located in completely sealed panel pockets.

HIGH SPEED DOOR WITH SIMPLE DESIGN FOR NO-FRILLS APPLICATIONS
The Speed-Commander™ 1200 Dock-Master / Screen-Master® is a heavy duty high speed door intended for low-frequency use. Designed to be raised or lowered with a constant pressure push button at a speed of 14″ per second, it is perfect for door openings where overhead garage doors are installed. The basic non-timer control box has a 110 v / 1 phase / 60 Hz power requirement. Standard operation is hold to open / hold to close, and when automatic closing is required, an optional built-in light grid is included.

OPTIONAL SCREEN PANELS FOR VENTILATION
The Dock-Master / Screen-Master® comes in a sectional panel design. The panels are connected using aluminum profiles which allows for fast panel replacement when required. Our high-strength, polyester screen material can be interchanged with the solid panels in order to provide ventilation during the warmer months. This panel can be easily interchanged without special tools and is the solution to help prevent airborne contaminents such as birds and insects from entering the building.

This is the ideal door for energy conscious, 24/7/365 applications in agricultural, medical and cooler distribution facilities. The fast operating speeds allow for a constant flow of traffic without compromising energy control and efficiency. An advanced 3 mm thick gray foam panel material maintains flexibility to +33 degrees F and helps to keep condensation to a minimum in cooler to ambient areas. Our unique sectional panel design makes it possible to replace panels easily for minimal downtime.
SINGLE PHASE CONNECTION / 3-PHASE DRIVE
The Cool-Master accommodates the standard power sources readily available in most facilities with the HFCB control box which is hardwired and standard with a 230 v / 1-phase / 60 Hz / 3-phase output requirement. URETHANE PANEL SECTIONS
The 1-5/8″ thick door panel made of hot-dipped galvanized steel, provides a durable and lasting surface. A urethane core with an R-value of 13.6 and U-value < 0.5 (U-value of core and steel skin) provides optimum insulation, reduces loss of conditioned air and contributes to energy savings. Synthetic panel connectors provide an extremely smooth and quiet door operation.
BUILT-IN LIGHT GRID
The standard light grid is integral with the guide tracks making it less susceptible to damage by passing loads. This system enhances protection of personnel and goods and drastically reduces the likelihood of damage and repair to other parts of the door, saving on maintenance costs.
EXCLUSIVE DURATEC® INSULATED WINDOWS
The Duratec®insulated windows are coated with a special finish which prevents marks and scratches caused by cleaning, and retain clear view after many cleanings. The synthetic double panes provide good thermal insulation while being fully transparent. The Speed-Guardian™ 4000 U door is available with a complete vision panel, designed for the pleasing aesthetic appeal some applications require.

Panel
- 1-5/8″ thick x 10″ high panel sections are made of hot-dipped galvanized steel with a urethane foam core and have an R-value of 13.6. Section joints with intermediate seals create a pinch resistant panel.
- The standard color is RAL 9006 White Aluminum on both the exterior and interior. The exterior surface comes with a Micrograin™ finish, the interior is stucco-textured.
Comparing R-value and U-value
R-value refers only to the panel’s resistance against energy loss. U-value is an internationally recognized measurement tool that provides data about the energy flow lost through the total panel construction including the panel, seals, windows, etc. The 4000’s solid sections provide the most efficient U-value available today.
Vision
- Optional windows are 7″ high acrylic, doublepane, with vertical reinforcement and black window frames.
- A Duratec® synthetic glazing enables the windows to retain clear view even after many cleanings and with heavy use. The optional complete vision panel has windows running the entire height of the door.
Guide Tracks
- Guide tracks are made of hot-dipped galvanized steel and have an enclosed chain and integral light grid.
- The chain requires no re-tensioning and is resistant to distension.
