On Tuesday, November 29, 2016, Southern Methodist University acknowledged the Top 100 fastest-growing privately held companies in Dallas at a dinner at the Omni Hotel. Over 1,000 people were in attendance. The Dallas 100 award winners are chosen solely on increased growth in sales, giving weight to the percentage of growth and absolute dollar growth. The companies honored have made significant contributions by generating jobs, increasing the tax base and fostering North Texas’ reputation as a premier economic development center.
